Need Sleep??

Apparently I don't. Last night I went to sleep at 4 AM and tonight {or today} its already 3. 

Speaking of sleep, guess which little 9.5 week old slept from 11:45 PM last night til 7:57 AM this morning. Yep! Baby Bro is rocking it!! I am not naive enough to say that its a regular thing YET but hey, I will take it! 

Anyway, back to my bad sleeping habits. I am a night owl anyway, but we have had so much going on lately that I cant slow down nor still my mind. Sometimes I wonder if the first person who said, "I will sleep when I am dead," said it not because they had a lot to do, but because they were like me and just couldn't clear their mind enough to rest. Wait, is that the same thing?? I mean one part just thinking and excited about it and the other part being physically busy out and doing it. Or maybe that person and I just both drank too much caffeine. Hello Venti Starbucks that I happily downed this morning and Coke that I enjoyed this eve.

Now that I am up so late, I cant sleep due to another problem...I have to pump.

{Dear Lord, thank you for pumps, especially Priscilla the pump who goes everywhere with me, sleeps with me and as a nursing mother, is my breast (ha!) friend. Amen}

So after a quick session there, I will hit the hay!

Its been a good, fun, full weekend. I had to call in for back up and Mom and Dad came to the rescue. They are a dynamic duo when it comes to babysitting, entertaining, cleaning and party planning. We had a shower for almost 35 people tonight at my house and it may not have happened if it weren't thanks to Mom and Dad entertaining a certain 2 year old so that I could get stuff done.

Fun was had by all and the food was delish - even if I do say so myself! Our friends got some great stuff and I was a happy camper. Speaking of happy campers, Anne Margaret was quite the happy camper after GiGi and G-Diddy took her to Chick-Fil-A and Monkey Joe's. Pictures to come.
